Our Core Method:Comprehensive remote assistance is our primary and most efficient support channel, conducted via video call, image sharing, and phone guidance. Please note that we do not provide on-site or stationed local repair services.

Standard Warranty Coverage
Duration
All complete machines are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Coverage
The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing for core electrical components and mechanical key parts. (For Car Lifts, this includes but is not limited to: oil cylinders, power units, motors, displays, and electronic components).
Transport Damage
Any issues caused by transport damage or packaging defects must be reported upon delivery (with carrier notation) for joint verification and prompt resolution.
Remedy
During the warranty period, approved replacement parts will be shipped to you free of charge, including standard freight costs.
Warranty Eligibility & Important Limitations
To ensure a fair and efficient process, please review the following conditions and exclusions.
Eligibility

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required for all claims.

The equipment must be purchased directly from Guorange or an authorized distributor.
Limitations & Exclusions

Not Covered: Labor costs for installation, removal, or repair.

Not Covered: Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation (not per manual), unauthorized modification, circuit alterations, or disassembly.

Void if: The product is disassembled without prior approval from our service department.

Post-Warranty: Services and parts beyond the 12-month period are available at cost.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact our support team with your order number and a clear description of the problem.
Provide Evidence
Submit photos or videos of the fault as requested. This is crucial for remote diagnosis and warranty validation.
Assessment & Approval
Our service team will review the claim and determine if it falls under warranty coverage. We aim to provide a solution path within 12 hours of receiving complete information.
Solution Execution
If approved, we will arrange the shipment of replacement parts immediately, accompanied by remote guidance for installation. Our principle is: Actionable, Practical, Verifiable.
